I love the peaceful atmosphere and music, but after a while, there is a lack of variety. Perhaps the developer can include more customizable options, such as taking a photo of your favorite object and using it as a comfort object in the room. While it is not as comprehensive as other wellness and mindfulness apps, it is a good place to start. After all, it is free!
