The Angler Are Currently Free on the Epic Games Store

Invincible Presents: Atom Eve and Call of the Wild: The Angler are now available to claim for free on the Epic Games Store. The PC games storefront has also revealed the free title giveaway for next week, as metroidvania title Islets can be added to your game library free of cost from March 28 onwards.

Invincible Presents: Atom Eve
Epic Games Store currently offers Invincible Presents: Atom Eve and Call of the Wild: The Angler until 8:30 pm on March 28. Invincible Presents: Atom Eve is based on the comic superhero Atom Eve and the game offers a blend of comic art with gameplay. This is also the first Invincible game, courtesy of Skybound Games. Players take on the role of Atom Eve, a powerful superhero who tries to unravel a mystery and figure out how to use her powers for good while dealing with the challenges of being part of the Teen Team, and the complications of family and friendship.

Call of the Wild: The Angler
Call of the Wild: The Angler is a relaxing, open-world fishing game where you can choose a spot and fish for hours, both solo or with friends. Real-world places inspire locations in the game and players can travel the open world through boats, off-road vehicles, or on foot. You can discover lakes, hidden ponds, and other points of interest in your quest to become a master angler.

Islets
Next week, players will get to grab Islets for free, a title from developer Kyle Thompson and publisher Armor Games Studios. Islets is a metroidvania telling the story of an “aspiring yet hopeful warrior” who is trying to reunite a series of floating islands by reigniting their magnetic core. The journey is also laden with enemies and obstacles to slow down Iko, the protagonist. Developer Thompson has described their game as a “surprisingly wholesome metroidvania” which is about making friends with characters you meet during the exploration.

Islets will be free to claim on the Epic Games Store from March 28 to April 4 before it gets replaced in the following week by a new free game.
