Pokemon GO Is Celebrating the Release of Horizons Animated Series in India With a Special Event
Pokémon fans in India and Indonesia can enjoy a special event celebrating the launch of the new animated series Pokémon Horizons: The Series. The event runs from June 15 to July 14, 2024.

During the event, Pikachu wearing Cap’s hat will return to Pokemon GO. Players in India can take snapshots during the event, and could possibly encounter characters and Pokemon from the animated series itself.
The Pokemon Horizons: The Series event includes special Field Research tasks and further completing these tasks during the event allows players to encounter Pokemon, including Pikachu wearing Cap’s hat. There’s also a possibility to find a rare Shiny version of this Pikachu. Also, players might encounter characters and Pokémon from the new animated series itself.
In India, Pokemon Horizons: The Series is available on two platforms. The series broadcasts on the Hungama Channel every Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m. IST, and streams on the Disney India YouTube channel at 9:30 p.m. IST.
The Pikachu wearing Cap’s hat will also know the Charged Attack Volt Tackle which does include 90 power and further decreases the opponent’s Defense stat by one stage regarding Trainer Battles and Gyms and Raids.
