PlayStation Portal hacked to emulate PSP games
As spotted by The Verge’s Tom Warren, a cloud vulnerability researcher, Andy Nguyen, recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to share something intriguing. According to their latest post, Nguyen claims that they have managed to hack the PlayStation Portal to run the PlayStation Portable emulator PPSSPP natively. Their post consists of an image of what looks like GTA: Liberty City Stories running on a PlayStation Portal.

Sony’s PlayStation Portal has been hacked to run the PPSSPP emulator. “There’s no release planned in the near future,” says Nguyen, as there’s still work to be done. It has only taken a few months to hack the PlayStation Portal, after it launched on Nov 15th https://t.co/RKww90hsEm
