The upcoming Spider-Man spinoff movie, Madame Web, has inadvertently given fans a sneak peek at the superhero’s costume through an unusual means: on the promotional packaging of a cranberry juice bottle.

Recently shared online, an image of the movie’s promotional merchandise — a bottle of Ocean Spray cranberry-flavoured juice — has surfaced on the internet, providing a complete look at Dakota Johnson’s character, Cassandra Webb’s costume, also known as Madame Web, before the official unveiling. This has to be one of the most amusing and unconventional ways a movie superhero has been unveiled. As evident, the suit incorporates spider motifs and looks just fine.
The “Sony’s Spider-Man Universe” kicked off with 2018’s Venom and is broadening its scope with individual projects such as Kraven the Hunter and Madame Web. Funnily enough, this entire universe centres around Spider-Man’s world, but lacks Spider-Man himself.
Madame Web also features Sydney Sweeney as Julia Carpenter/Spider-Woman, Celeste O’Connor as Mattie Franklin/ (another version of) Spider-Woman, Isabela Merced as Anya Corazon/Araña, and Tahar Rahim as Ezekiel Sims. The release date is set for February 14, 2024.
