Levi’s India has launched its Gundam SEED Collection of clothing in the country.
Nine pieces of clothing from the collection are listed on Levi’s India website and are available for purchase directly from the site. The collection features jackets, jeans, and t-shirts, each adorned with Gundam-themed motifs and designs.

Levi’s collaborated with the iconic Mobile Suit Gundam SEED anime series, which premiered in 2002. Despite being the ninth anime series in the Gundam franchise, it remains one of the most successful and continues to be popular to this day.
The company describes its collection as the following: “Introducing our otherworldly collaboration with the iconic anime series, Gundam. This 12-piece collection synthesizes the futuristic vision of Gundam SEED and the enduring craft of Levi’s. Featuring iconic Levi’s mainstays and bold basics, each piece is infused with eye-catching references to the legendary franchise.”
The collaboration coincides with the release of the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom film in Japan on January 26, which set a new franchise record with its opening weekend.
Mobile Suit Gundam SEED follows the journey of Kira Yamato, a genetically enhanced superhuman, caught in the conflict spanning Earth and its space colonies. The story takes place amidst the struggle between naturally born humans and the genetically engineered ones.
