Fallout 76 Will be Free for A Week on All Platforms, and More



Fallout, the Amazon Original Adaptation has just hit the platform and the fans are going crazy behind it. The hype of the series is reaching towards the games too, as Bethesda has made Fallout 76, Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas free to claim. At the same time, the concurrent player numbers for many of their games have more than doubled too. Learn more about the free Fallout games and the player count numbers below.

Fallout 76, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas Free to Play Right Now
Starting with Fallout 76, Bethesda has kicked off a Free Play Week for the game, so the players can play the game while watching the series. The game can be downloaded and played for a week at absolutely no cost. Fallout 76 can be is playable for free this week on Steam, Xbox and PlayStation and the free play week will be ending on April 18, so interested players should be quick about it. Moreover, Amazon’s cloud streaming service, Luna will be featuring 2 more Fallout titles to play, these include Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

Fallout’s Concurrent Players Have ‘Doubled’ Since the Series
Talking about how Fallout has been performing on Steam since the Amazon Series was released, SteamDB has some stats for us. It seems that the player count for Fallout games has “more than doubled” since the series was released. Starting with Fallout 4, before the series was released, it had daily concurrent players of around 20,000, now its 24-hour peak has reached more than 83,000.

Coming to Fallout 76, which was averaging around 11,000 players a day has now reached a new all-time peak of 39,455 players in the past 24 hours. Lastly, Fallout: New Vegas was averaging around 3,000 players each day and has now had more than 19,000 players join in the past 24 hours. All these numbers are from the time of writing.
