Pre-Match Analysis:
Sophie Devine’s gamble of handing the ball to his most trusted player Suzie Bates in the 3rd T20I clicked as the veteran delivered well defending 8 runs in the final over to guide his side for the first victory in the series. Earlier Sophie Devine herself led from the front, scoring an impressive 60 runs and in the company of Amelia Kerr (44*) took the side to a competitive 155 runs. They had almost given up the game however the wicket of well-set Maia Bouchier in the 16th over turned the game in favor of them. The hosts felt relieved following their thrilling win and are still trailing by 2-1 in the series.

England Women were in a good position in the 3rd T20I and cruising for a series win but lost 6 wickets for 25 runs and ended up losing the game by a narrow 3-run margin. Things started to slip out of their hands when they lost the wicket of Maia Bouchier who smashed 71 runs from 47 balls. Their lower order choked in the final over, managing only 4 runs. They welcome back their key players Alice Capsey, Sophie Ecclestone, Nat Sciver Brunt, and Danielle Wyatt for the remaining two matches who weren’t considered for selection for the first two matches as they linked with different teams in the WPL.
