Lomography’s new ’92 Sun-kissed film is perfect for the summer

Lomography is bringing back the golden age of disposable cameras with the release of their new LomoChrome Color ’92 Sun-kissed ISO 400 film. Building on the success of their original LomoChrome Color ’92 film launched last year, the Sun-kissed edition promises a unique aesthetic experience saturated in summer tones and 90s nostalgia.

Available in 35mm, 120, and even the niche 110 format, the new film promises to capture the essence of a summer sunset with its “soft orange and yellow hues.” Lomography promises radiant skin tones and a vibrant color palette that shifts between warm oranges and cinematic blues depending on the lighting conditions.

The LomoChrome Color ’92 Sun-kissed ISO 400 maintains the versatility of its predecessor, adapting well to various environments. In low-light situations, you can expect a mix of vivid reds with cool greens and blues. The film also offers rich grain and deep blacks.

As I mentioned in one of the previous articles, I’m from Serbia (then Yugoslavia), so I’m not nostalgic for the 1990s whatsoever – I’ve been through two wars. But those of you from different parts of the world remember the ’90s in more vivid colors, and that’s what LomoChrome Color ’92 Sun-kissed offers. After all, Lomography and its film recipe were born in the 1990s, so this is a wonderful tribute to the company’s very beginnings.

The LomoChrome Color ’92 Sun-kissed is available for $12.90 for a single 35mm roll, $11.90 for a single 120mm roll, and $8.90 for a single 110mm cartridge.
