The Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3 Farewell, Penacony Special Program livestream will be available on June 7 at 19:30 (UTC+8).
This means that readers in India can watch the livestream on June 7 at 17:00.

Honkai: Star Rail 2.3 banners
Officially, no Banners have been announced yet. These announcements will be made during the Special Program livestream. However, we have hints about which characters to expect.
Firefly and Jade will be introduced in the livestream, as mentioned in the official announcement:

Furthermore, the two characters have been revealed in April via drip marketing. Which makes them very likely to become available in Version 2.3.

Regarding reruns, a leak from Jtuiii suggests that Ruan Mei will get a rerun with Firefly in the first phase of Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.3, and Argenti will be the rerun banner in the second phase with Jade. Keep in mind that this leak is termed “Questionable” by the Honkai Star Rail leaks subreddit, so take this information with a grain of salt.
