Asus ROG Academy Season 9 Has Arrived for Aspiring Esports Players in India

Asus ROG is a brand that has been trying to nurture and motivate the budding esports players in India for some time now through their ROG academy offerings. ROG Academy has just returned for its 9th season with a premier esports training program in India. This season’s focus will be on Counter Strike 2 or CS2 and will feature some great guest sessions, mentoring, infrastructure and more.

Interestingly, Saharyar “BaDMaN” Shaikh will be continuing their position in season 9 as the official coach. BaDMan has had a colourful career in CS: GO and has taken care of the role of ‘in-game leader’ for his team for a decade. He also has garnered experience as a coach by training the GE female CS: GO roster, winning the SA CS: GO Qualifiers and securing second place at SEA and OCEANIC CS: GO event.

Moreover, on top of the mentorship, players can also look forward to guest sessions from industry veterans. Last season we saw the likes of former RRQ analyst Lukas “yb” Gröning and The Asian CS Expert, Sudhen “Bleh” Wahengbam come in and provide some interesting insights, guidance and motivation. Players should look forward to what kind of guests will be arriving in the new season.
