As CES 2024 draws closer, all brands have started releasing teaser videos for all the types of hardware they will be showcasing at this event. The latest to provide us with a tease is Nvidia and it seems like they have something big going on under the wraps. It is finally time for the company to release the 40-series Super GPUs, but we will have to see about that.
Nvidia posted a video on the official Nvidia GeForce X account (formerly Twitter). The video starts with the planet Earth being shown along with an unidentified floating object in its vicinity. This object then starts to appear like a GPU with users clearing being able to spot the design of this object. We then see a small light appear in a V-form right behind the GPU and the video then abruptly ends. The teaser video has the caption “January 8, 2024, 8 AM PT” along with their CES 2024 Twitch stream link.

Interestingly, ahead of this tease, we have seen a report (thanks to Tom’s Hardware) talking about the 40-series Super GPUs. These include the GeForce RTX 4080 Super, the GeForce 4070Ti Super and the GeForce RTX 4070 Super. This leak surfaced online in the middle of December last year and the speculated release date for the Super GPUs was January 8, 2024. Guess what date is present in Nvidia’s new teaser video? It will be interesting to see if Nvidia goes with the Super moniker or makes it an entirely new series of GPUs instead.
How to watch Nvidia showcase at CES 2024
