YouTube Gaming recently held an event called Gameverse where they invited Indian gaming and esports’ biggest personalities to come together and celebrate. The party had over 90 arcade games to enjoy, an award show, a mystery performance, and more.

The event, as reported by AFK Gaming, had big names such as Tanmay Bhatt, Ashish Chanchlani, Scout, Mortal, Carryminati, Alpha Clasher, Triggered Insaan, Harsh Beniwal, Thug, Regaltos, Mamba, Antaryami Gaming, Kaash Plays, RachitRoo, Payal Gaming, Ankkita C, Slayy Point, Techno Gamerz, Urmila, Mythpat, GamerFleet, and YesSmartyPie.
Among the invitees were also 8Bit Creatives, who are a key agency partner of YouTube Gaming. YouTube Chief Business Officer Mary Ellen Coe and Global Gaming Head Leo Olebe were also present and gave a speech for the Indian gaming community.
Interactive e-invite
Gameverse sent an e-invite which was a puzzle that content creators had to solve in order to open the contents inside, which is inspired by the opening scenes of ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’. There were four questions and the answers to those questions would give the invitees the lock code combination needed to open it.
The questions were the number of lives Mario starts with, the number of directions on a D-pad, the number of ghosts that chase PacMan, and the number of bits in a byte. The correct answer to these questions brings us to the lock code combination which is 3448.
Arcade games and surprise performance from Seedhe Maut
As for those 90 arcade games mentioned, they included the likes of Whack-a-Mole, Angry Birds, Nerf, Rabbids & Ladder, and more. There was also reportedly a Dundee-inspired award show, and bowling game, and the mystery performance was from hip-hop duo Seedhe Maut.
